Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

We know privacy policies are usually the kind of thing people scroll past — so we've written this one to actually be readable. No legalese soup. Just a clear, honest explanation of what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy covers our obligations under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1 Who we are

We are Factor 50 Creative Solutions Ltd, a UK-registered company.

We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

2 What data we collect

We collect personal data when you complete the Marketing Clarity Audit on our website. This includes:

We only collect what we actually need. Nothing more.

3 Why we collect it

Our lawful basis for processing your data is consent. When you complete the audit, you actively opt in via a consent checkbox — no pre-ticked boxes, no buried small print.

We use your data to:

You're always in control. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time — and we'll stop. Every email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link.

4 How we store and process it

Your data is stored in MailerLite, our email marketing platform. MailerLite operates from EU-based data centres, is ISO 27001 certified, and is fully GDPR compliant.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third parties — full stop.

If you purchase the Marketing Clarity Workbook, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe via Payhip. We never see or store your card details — that's handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

5 Email communications

After completing the audit and giving your consent, you'll receive a 6-email sequence over 14 days. This includes your personalised audit results, practical marketing advice based on your score, and occasional information about how Factor 50 can help.

Every single email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop. No hoops to jump through.

We comply fully with PECR — we only send marketing emails to people who have given explicit, informed consent.

6 Cookies

Our website currently uses strictly necessary cookies only — the kind that are essential for the site to function properly.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any tracking or behavioural cookies.

If this ever changes — for example, if we introduce analytics — we'll update this policy and add a proper cookie consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set. We'll never drop tracking cookies without asking first.

7 Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights over your personal data:

Right to access
Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
Right to erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data entirely.
Right to restrict processing
Ask us to limit how we use your data.
Right to data portability
Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
Right to object
Object to us processing your data for marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@factor50creativesolutions.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

8 Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active mailing list.

If you'd like us to delete your data entirely — not just unsubscribe you — just email hello@factor50creativesolutions.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time — for example, if we introduce new services or if regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

If we make any material changes that affect how we use your data, we'll let you know via email.

11 Questions & complaints

Got a question about your data? Just get in touch — we're human, we're friendly, and we'll actually reply.
